Since our beginning in 1988, we have strived to meet the ever changing needs of our customers in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Today, we are firmly established as a respected melter of titanium ingot and producer of titanium bar, wire, fine wire and shapes. Still, the foundation of our company remains the same as it always has : providing the highest level of service to our customers.

The forging operation offers high quality, low to mid volume products in an array of shapes in titanium, cobalt chrome, and stainless steel materials. Perryman Forge & Fabrication specializes in adding value through machining, finishing, and vendor management of outside processing to provide a finished product for our customers. Forgings can also be offered to our customers as an intermediate item to be further processed at their facility.

Product Design - By working with Perryman Forge and Fabrication at the Design for Manufacturing stage our engineering team can help to provide critical feedback and input into the design which will ultimately reduce cost to our customers.

In recent years the growth of the commercial aerospace industry, along with the use of composite materials, has fueled an increase in demand for titanium – particularly for titanium fasteners. Owing to its excellent mechanical properties and thermal expansion characteristics, titanium is the right choice for many critical fastener applications. As larger more fuel efficient planes are being designed and produced more titanium is consumed.

From melting to breakdown to delivering finished products, Perryman has the capabilities to provide quality titanium products to meet our customer’s needs.
