Our Mission: To educate, motivate and inspire others to pursue a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. Personal Training Team, Incorporated was founded in 1994 by a small group of trainers who saw a need for a more personalized approach to fitness training. They began by offering training to clients in the privacy of their own homes. In 1998 an office and studio was opened in Redmond and in July 2000 Dianne Cumberland took over ownership of the company. Since then the company has grown from one studio to four and has recently added a shower facility. Now clients are able to experience a very personalized program designed just for them whether it is in their own home or in private, fully equipped studios. The training team is made up of nationally certified personal trainers, all very dedicated and experienced, who work on a one-to-one basis. Programs are individualized to suit the clients’ needs whether they are beginners or advanced and the trainers focus on helping the client achieve their goals. On-going support and encouragement are provided in an upbeat atmosphere. Dianne Cumberland recently expanded in-home services with the introduction of Custom Fitness Systems. CFS offers comprehensive home fitness solutions that include a customized exercise environment, with the ability to add in-home personal fitness training to help clients achieve their goals.
