PerTech Group has been providing professional services since 1984 when the internal consulting "Work Systems" group was split off from corporate AT&T to form this firm. We were among the first to develop and deploy what the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society now calls the "macroergonomics" approach. Our initial focus was on organization and process improvement of primarily customer contact jobs and the telecommunications industry. We have worked with numerous clients, industries and complex processes since then, and have been incorporated as a "C Corp" in New Jersey since 1985.

Over thirty years of providing outstanding professional services we have delivered successful engagements in most industries.

We recognize the importance of developing robust and scaleable business solutions that serve as the foundation for achieving business objectives. We also recognize the need to implement new applications and functionality in as short a timeframe as possible. To that end, we guide our efforts by following our RADM (Rapid Application Development Methodology) which enables us to integrate people, process, technology and strategy to develop effective, efficient and measurable business solutions in the desired timeframe.
