I joined Peters and Associates in December of 2013 and feel very grateful and fortunate to have found a firm with such integrity, loyalty and commitment to their clients. Having been in legal practice for over 10 years, it is refreshing to have found a firm of such quality. My first encounter with PandA was in 2009 on opposite sides of the foreclosure mediation table. I represented all the major banks for many years and had many opportunities to do battle with the firm.

We specialize in debt settlement, loan modification and short sales as well as bankruptcy, so all options are available to you.

Early in 2011, a client of ours received a letter from a company called Great Western Business Services stating that it was the new servicer of a loan he had with Bank of America. The letter instructed our client to stop making payments to Bank of America and instead send the payments to Great Western Business Services. When our client contacted Bank of America, he was told that his loan had not in fact been transferred.
