PONDS PLUS Water Garden Center, formerly Pets Plus with its large iconic blue signs, has been a fixture along First Capitol Drive in St. Charles, MO for over 31 years. Pets Plus was opened by Joe and Carol Bindbeutel on November 1, 1981 and is a family owned and operated business. Joe and Carol have 3 children, Joe, Jim & Julie who were practically raised in the store. The oldest son Joe is the store's retail manager and several years ago Jim began his own water garden maintenance business, Aquatic Care, LLC. Their daughter Julie moved to Miami, Florida after graduation from college.
