Mr. Portman has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and a long-time member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL). PFM has provided services to many large, independent and Fortune 500 Oil & Gas companies, both in-house and in the field.

PFM is a full-service land company, established in the 1980s, providing comprehensive land support for the oil and gas industry. Our organization relies on seasoned management and a land staff with decades of experience in all of the oil and gas producing states in the lower 48. Because of PFM’s strong experience record, established corporate organization and advanced technology, the company has the capability to simultaneously engage and manage large manpower requirements on multiple land projects and in diverse geographical areas.
