The PaYS program connects government agencies and civilian companies, such as Phacil, with qualified Soldiers participating in the Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program, providing them with priority hiring status upon completing their service in the Army. “Phacil is honored to be an Army PaYS partner,” stated Phacil Co-Founder, Sascha Mornell. “The PaYS program is a perfect match with Phacil’s values and commitment, our commitment to youth, employment, the Government, and the Military. Under the terms of the agreement between the Recruiting Command and Phacil, enlistees interested in gaining specific job training and qualifications will receive that training while in the US Army. As part of the enlistment process, recruits sign a statement of understanding that guarantees a job interview with Phacil upon completion of their term of service.
