Phena Partners LLC was formed in August 2000 by three principals, Peter Hazen, Heather Fox and Nina Patel, with the intention of helping businesses more cost-effectively deliver programs, business processes, and software applications to customers by focusing on thoughtful, user-centered up-front analysis and design.
