Description

Marty has more than 35 years of professional experience providing audit and tax services to privately held companies. He started his career with five years in the audit department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He was a partner with Lasky Hawbaker & Company for over 20 years prior to merging that firm with PVC in 2007. He has served clients in real estate invest ment, construction, manufacturing, factoring, professional associations, wholesale and distribution businesses.

We serve a wide variety of clients and industries, with our primary emphasis on closely held businesses. Our client base consists mainly of companies in manufacturing, medical, legal, distribution/wholesale, apparel, real estate, retail and service. Because we serve closely held businesses, our staff has the opportunity to work directly with our clients' management. We believe that client communication is a continuous year-round process. In effect, we become an integral part our clients' advisory management team. However, we also provide services to public companies.

Randy joined PVC in 2012 and has extensive experience in providing accounting, auditing and consulting services to both privately held and public companies. He has diverse experience in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, construction, staffing, retail, restaurant and employee benefit plans. Prior to joining PVC in 2012 Randy spent over 11 years in the Dallas office of a national CPA firm.

Seth joined PVC in 2013 and has extensive experience in federal and state income tax consulting and compliance for individuals and privately held businesses in a variety of different industries including real estate and health care. Seth also has experience in handling IRS and State audits. Prior to joining PVC, he spent over 4 years at an international firm and 8 years with a local CPA firm in Dallas.

George has more than 45 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax, litigation support and business advisory services. He was a partner with Lasky Hawbaker & Company prior to merging with PVC in 2007. His clients are involved in manufacturing, retail, wholesale and service industries. George has extensive experience assisting the legal community in family law, tracing property, expert witness testimony and searching for hidden assets. Additionally, he assists businesses in increasing profits.
