Snow View Plaza is anchored by a high-volume Giant Eagle, the leading grocer in Cleveland.

Customer Connections is a marketing and communications program focused on building relationships with customers and communities. The program is the most visible implementation of Phillips Edison's new mission statement: Dedicated to creating a great neighborhood shopping experience.

Phillips Edison & Company owns and operates a diverse portfolio of retail real estate assets across the country. With grocery-anchored shopping centers as our foundation, we are also redeveloping enclosed malls, remerchandising power centers, developing and acquiring net lease properties and providing third-party services.

Our goal is to develop an environmentally sustainable project that will be a workshop for "green" building practices. As development continues, we are commited to providing energy through windmills, micro hydro plant, solar, photovoltaic and hydrogen fuel cells. Storm water and sanitary sewage treatment will be completely self-contained and recycled. The half-mile of stream running through the property will be restored, and the natural wetland vegetation will be revived. Building materials will be primarily recycled, and indigenous materials will be used.
