In our on-site laboratories, we maintain strict quality control through state-of-the-art technology including gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, refractometry and densitometry. This equipment allows us to complete organoleptic, chemical and physical analyses of every product that enters our facility. In addition, our Quality Control processes enable us to provide our customers with all the documentation that is needed to meet regulatory requirements.

With Phoenix, you don’t have to search the world for quality flavor and fragrance materials. We do it for you. Our team of experts has more than a century of combined experience in all aspects of the flavor and fragrance industry, from raw materials to production to market trends. We are in regular, direct contact with growers and producers all over the world, and our long-term relationships with them give us up-to-date information on global crop cycles, market status and geo-political issues that affect supply.

Selecting the products we offer our customers is an extremely careful process. Our longtime relationships with growers allow us the assurance of exceptional quality. In addition, we’re constantly expanding our product list, identifying the flavor and fragrance ingredients that support the latest trends in product development.

At our Norwood, New Jersey headquarters, we have almost 30,000 square feet of warehouse space with room for expansion as needed. This space includes a walk-in refrigerated area for storage of temperature-sensitive ingredients. From the time materials enter our facility until they are delivered to the customer, they are tracked within our bar-coded Inventory Control System. This system ensures the lot traceability of all our products. All products are repacked and shipped according to our customers’ requirements for package size and package type.

As experts in the industry, we know what materials our customers need and we offer them in a steady supply. Our product portfolio includes vast inventories of essential oils, aroma chemicals, natural aroma chemicals, absolutes and oleoresins. We have the ability to bleach and filter materials, and can also provide bulking services as needed.
