Kurt Jensen is a seasoned executive with successes in strategic and operational leadership roles spanning start-ups, public organizations, turnarounds and chapter 11 operations. Kurt has deep experience in marketing, strategic assessment and execution, business plan development and implementation, acquisitions, divestitures and operational/financial turnarounds. He has applied his skills across various industries, including real estate, eCommerce, telecommunications, petroleum distribution, c-stores/retail, technology, and related service sectors.

Kate Ostruszka has over twenty years of experience in financial analysis of real estate for Phoenix Investors and its related companies. Her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for new company startups and those of acquired companies, including their finance, banking, insurance, and human resource management needs.
