Paul Harner has over 25 years of experience in technical and business engineering solutions. In his early career Paul joined the US Navy and was stationed on the USS Drum SSN 637 Fast Attack Submarine as a Nuclear Electrical Engineer where he was awarded several times for his performance and ethics. In 1992 he joined Mills Communications as a Lead Technician where he managed a team of 18 technicians and installed telecommunication systems all over California.
