Because co-mail is not always the best solution for larger distributions — and because there are times when delivery speed is a more critical component of the particular distribution — we’ve also partnered with Quad/Graphics Bolingbrook Logistics Group to provide direct-entry drop-ship solutions. Your product is moved from Freeport to the Bolingbrook, Illinois, distribution center, where it is consolidated with other mail destined for USPS processing centers around the country.

From the president of the company to the newest employee, we come to work with a single goal in mind: to do the right thing at the right time for each of our customers.

Your customer service representative is your on-site advocate, charged with ensuring that your expectations are met every time. Your staff will interact directly and most frequently with the CSR assigned to your account, who will handle the day-to-day progress of your publications through the plant, with back-up support from a production planner cross-trained to ensure that he thoroughly understands your needs and expectations. Both receive broad support from a customer service organization with more than 125 years of experience across all aspects of print manufacturing.

With almost 20-years of experience in consumer and trade publications, along with producing catalogs, I’ve had the opportunity to investigate, breakdown and evaluate services and printing quality of a variety of printing facilities and companies throughout the United States.

We pride ourselves on providing you with printed products that exceed industry standards, and all of our production areas include quality checks as part of our standard processes. We firmly believe you cannot inspect quality into a product; it must be built in by the people who are working on the job. Accordingly, we do not have a dedicated quality manager. Instead, we have a unified management team that is completely focused on providing our publishers with the highest-quality product and service experience.
