Fast shipping and a great job packaging everything so it arrives undamaged (and good use of all those foam core scraps providing two inches of cushioning all around the frames too). Standard size items can be returned at your expense within 30 days for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in resalable condition and the protective covering must still be in place on acrylic. We DO NOT accept returns on custom sized picture frames, mats, mountboard, acrylic or glass. If you are not sure that our products will meet your needs, please contact us for more information and/or samples before placing an order.
