As a wife, mother of three grown children and grandmother to seven grandchildren, I know the importance of home and family. Originally from a little known area of New York City called "Brooklyn". I raised my family and lived in the Buffalo Grove area since 1970. I know the neighborhoods, the schools, but most of all I know the people. Being part of a community involves more than simply living there, it means giving back to that community. I am proud to be an active member of both the Buffalo Grove and Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, and a Task Force Member of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation raising money for research, and helping the children and families of those youngsters afflicted with brain tumors.
