Safi Mojadidi, PTA/LMT is a Jacksonville native and has worked in the physical rehabilitation field for over 14 years. He has a dual licensure in Massage and Physical Therapy. He is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in 1995 and the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Florida Community College at Jacksonville in 2000. He was voted "Best Massage Therapist" by Folio Weekly Readers in 2001.

Penemarie K. Murphy, owner and Licensed Physical Therapist, established Physical Therapy Services in 1990. Pene has over 27 years of ongoing education and experience in physical therapy. The combined knowledge and experience of our entire team of medical professionals ensures quality one-on-one healthcare. There are currently 3 rehabilitation centers throughout Jacksonville. Each location offers Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy services.
