Katie Pahl has over 10 years of experience in financial accounting, audit, and other attestation engagements covering financial institutions, as well as a large range of privately held companies.

Over the past 23 years, Randi has been a devoted volunteer to many organizations including Junior Board of the Senior Center of Richmond, Saint Bridget Church, Saint Bridget School, Saint Gertrude High School and Trinity Episcopal School. Randi has experience in fundraising and event planning for these organizations and has chaired various committees.

Prior to joining PIASCIK, Katie spent over 6 years at the accounting firm Doeren Mayhew as an auditor and the last 3 as an Audit Manager, focusing primarily on providing auditing and other attestation services, as well as consulting services related to entity internal controls. Katie also spent two years at Reynolds Consumer products as Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, where she compiled monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS, as well as worked with location controllers to develop, document, and monitor SOX controls.
