Our Mission Located in the revitalized downtown Providence, Rhode Island, Piccerelli, Gilstein & Company, LLP was established in 1973 to fulfill a need within the business community for a full service accounting firm which could combine the technical excellence often associated with national firms with the responsiveness and reasonable fees that a smaller, entrepreneurial firm can offer.Since that time, the Firm has grown to a staff of fifty-five, including eight partners, four of whom have extensive "Big Four" accounting firm backgrounds.We offer a full range of audit, accounting and tax services to a diverse client base, with particular emphasis on tax and financial planning and managerial support throughout the year. Our Technology Solutions Group designs and installs information networks and related hardware and software components to meet your needs. Our Business Valuation and Litigation Support Group provides expertise in the areas of business valuation, litigation support and forensic accounting services.
