Picosecond Pulse Labs, Inc. (PSPL) is a privately held corporation headquartered in Boulder, CO. Founded in 1980 by Dr. James R. Andrews, PSPL designs and manufactures instruments, modules, and components for test & measurement applications. Picosecond's core competence is the precision generation and measurement high-speed signals. A key part of this competency is our long legacy of designing metrology grade test equipment.
