Pier Colony is within easy walking distance to a wide variety of shops and restaurants, cinema and museums (including the Huntington Beach Surf Museum). Every Friday afternoon residents can walk to the Pier Promenade and shop at the local Farmer's Market and Crafts Fair. Our community provides a variety of amenities for residents and their guests: an attractive pool, spa, and lounge area overlooking the ocean; a clubhouse with a full kitchen, gym and sauna; gated underground parking facilities with restricted access. Most homes command excellent views of the ocean, pier, and/or surrounding city and mountain ranges.
