As a Real Estate Investor, Kathy has owned and managed rental properties in Berrien County for over 25 years. Kathy has done the hands-on work of remodeling numerous homes, and has experience in staging homes to maximize their potential to sell or rent. In addition, Kathy has experience in Property Development.

Michelle Alger has been a member of our Southwest Michigan community for over 40 years, and has a wealth of real estate experience. As an Associate Broker and Real Estate Consultant, she can serve you in many capacities, as a Buyer’s representative or a Seller’s representative with experience in residential single family homes and condos, Lake Michigan and inland lake properties, and commercial real estate. Michelle is a member of the Benton Harbor Lions Club, the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce, and the St. Joseph Township Planning Commission.

Building on her many years of experience in property management, Kathy obtained her real estate license in 2005 so that she could use her experience to help others with their property sales and purchases.

Active in real estate in Southwestern Michigan since 2009, Bill has helped with the purchase and sale of homes, lots, investment properties, and condos. His experience also includes working with a family owned company, started in the 1980's, that owns and manages rental properties in the area. Bill was born in St. Joseph and graduated from Lakeshore High School. Before starting his real estate career here in SW Michigan, Bill lived in California for 23 years, returning to the area in 2007 for family reasons. He is retired from the University of California and also co-owned a business with his wife of 27 years in coastal central California. Bill and his wife Leslie navigated the California real estate markets in several communities and have first-hand experience with the anxieties, highs, and lows of real estate. Bill is experienced, prepared, and ready to help with your next real estate purchase or sale!.
