Our 30-person customer service staff is focused exclusively on providing you and your Pierce dealer with superior technical assistance, parts identification and ordering, and warranty administration.Pierce customers can reach a Pierce customer service representative at 1-888-YPIERCE, during normal business hours Monday through Friday, or by emailing contactcenter@piercemfg.com. The entire scope of Pierce customer service is at your disposal:And if your apparatus is out of service, we’ll know about it. At 8:30 every morning we review the status of each out-of-service apparatus and assign a representative to do whatever it takes to get that truck back on the street as quickly as possible. We stock more than $2 million in Pierce parts, and if your truck is out of service we’ll get you the part you need overnight.
