Martha Ford is a Principal with the Firm and services a variety of clients including, but not limited to, governmental entities, not-for-profit organizations, Single Audit clients, and SEC registered companies. In addition to managing audit engagements, she is often called upon to provide a wide variety of consulting services. Martha is both a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Piercy Bowler Taylor & Kern (PBTK) is a full service CPA firm with qualifications and resources that are frequently compared to those of the Big 4, applied with a personal touch that only a smaller, less bureaucratic firm can accomplish.

Jim specializes in performing attestation and consulting services for local governments, non-profit organizations, family-owned businesses, casino resorts and allied industries, and has increasing responsibilities with SEC companies. His government clients include three of the largest cities in Utah. He also has experience in other industries including construction and technology.

Spencer Horn is the Chief Executive Officer at Rapport Leadership International. Businesses leaders look to Spencer for counsel and advice on developing productive, focused corporate cultures. Spencer is able to draw upon his 20 years of executive experience in performance based leadership.

Kelly G. Parker has been with the Firm since 1993 and is the firm’s practice leader in audits of defined contribution pension plans such as 401(k) and profit sharing plans. He specializes in challenging and multi-entity engagements and the PBTK audit teams turn to him for technical advice and consulting on a daily basis - his door is always open to junior and seasoned auditors alike. In addition to providing audit and accounting services, he is closely involved in the related tax preparation for his clients and believes in a well-rounded team effort that will best benefit the client.
