Charles Vesely With more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry prior to opening Pilates Advantage. Charles' goal as an instructor / personal trainer is to preserve the integrity of Joseph Pilates' original vision of physical and mental conditioning while constructing creative workouts, tailored to the individual. Starting out as a competitive bodybuilder, Charles then applied different training principles and nutrition to acheive success. Charles also instructed aerobic, stretch and jazzercise classes. Charles provides personal training at Blue Cross / Blue Sheild of Nebraska, Golds' Gym, Offut Air Force Base (government contract) and private homes.
