Jeri has been teaching Pilates since 2000. She was certified as a Pilates Instructor through Core Conditioning Physical Therapy, Incorporated in Studio City, California. She was trained by both physical therapists and professional ballet dancers using Pilates to rehabilitate injured clients. Jeri is internationally certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. She is well versed in the Stott method of Pilates as well as the New York School. Prior to certification, Jeri was involved in an intensive Pilate’s rehabilitation program to regain the full use of her paralyzed left arm. Jeri is all better. Jeri also holds a doctorate in psychology and is a practicing psychotherapist. Her creative understanding of people comes through in her work with each client. Jeri is also a certified CPR (adult, child, infant), AED and First Aid instructor. She provides in-home training and certification for individuals or groups. Jeri’s sessions are structured to be fun.
