Pin Oak Lane Farm was established in 1973 by Dr. William Solomon. Dr. Solomon graduated from Georgetown University and the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. After completing a surgical internship at the University of Minnesota, he was resident veterinarian at Hanover Shoe Farms in Hanover, Pennsylvania, and subsequently at Castleton Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. In 1973, Dr. Solomon initiated his equine medical/surgical practice at Pin Oak Lane Farm in New Freedom, Pennsylvania.Pin Oak Lane Farm and Equine Clinic, which is owned and managed by Dr. William Solomon, is a full service farm and equine veterinary center. The four-farm complex totals approximately 400 acres and is an established Thoroughbred and Standardbred breeding operation located in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. Pin Oak Lane offers boarding, breeding and training facilities, foaling and neo-natal intensive care, as well as laboratory and surgical facilities. It also has isolation facilities for expediting exportation of horses.Pin Oak Lane management is headed by founder, owner and prominent equine veterinarian, William J. Solomon, VMD.
