Their meat is harvested and packaged fresh, several times a week, and is familiar to grocers, cooks, and top flight chefs throughout Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. Their high quality product is known for its mild and sweet taste, as well as a remarkably juicy and tender consistency. Pinn-Oak Ridge Farms, LLC has developed a special feeding program to enhance the flavor of the lamb. WisconsinLamb ™ is hormone and antibiotic free! Centrally located between Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison, lamb from the Pinn-Oak Ridge farm is personally delivered to restaurants, grocery stores, and farmers’s markets, usually within a day or two of the order. The Pinnows take a personal interest in their product and their customers.
