Additional responsibilities for this position would include talking to customers to help determine and guide requirements, as well as designing, coding/implementing, and testing SharePoint and other .NET-based applications. In addition to this, we expect our developers to always try to find new and better ways to develop software and offer recommendations on how to improve the end-product. We are looking for the type of person who has intelligent suggestions and a deep knowledge of SharePoint, web development, and software development in general.

The position also requires experience in working with and developing against SQL server or equivalent databases and in integrating with IIS, or equivalent web servers. Also, experience in other environments, such as any Unix/Linux based systems, is a plus. This position involves interaction with other team members, client, and management, so the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The position requires the candidate to have experience in SharePoint implementations, application development in .NET with a strong understanding of web related technologies (CSS, Javascript, etc.).
