Description
Prior to his eight years at Pinnacle, Dave was a VP Managing Partner/Creative Director at Jordan Tamraz Caruso Advertising in Chicago for over 20 years. Starting as a production artist for one of Chicago’s hot creative teams, he worked his way up the creative ladder and over time developed a love for writing as well. Dave loves a leadership role and team building. He worked on brands like ADP, Empress Casino, General Motors and Empire Today, with a mix of B2B and B2C.
Prior to Pinnacle, Michael lead the brand design and advertising strategy creation for a mix of global, digital, design and multi-cultural agencies including Starcom MediaVest Group (Publicis), The Leap Partnership, Boom Island Design and Burrell Communications. He has worked with some of the best brands in the world such as P&G, Kraft, General Mills, Target, ALDI Foods, Best Buy, MSNBC and Northwestern Mutual Life. Michael has been at the forefront of uncovering consumer insights that lead to important brand and marketing strategy decisions for 19 years.
