Frank Williams, President of Pinnacle Architecture, was one of the four founding partners of W & A in 1969 which came from the old J.L. Williams Architect Engineer, founded in Marion Virginia in 1949 by Frank's father. Frank brings 35 years experience in architecture and construction management to the firm of Pinnacle Architecture, P.A. Frank and Randy Baker, his thirteen year associate at W&A, are committed to continue the excellence of design and sensitivity to his clients' needs and budgets established back in the forties by Frank's dad.
