Description
In 2003, Pinnacle Computing Solutions was selected by NARA Management to manage the enterprise-wide deployment of the TicketMaster VISTA client/server application at 11 Presidential Libraries. Pinnacle staff performed the planning, scheduling, design, procurement, configuration, testing and phased implementation of this COTS scheduling and ticketing software at 11 NL Presidential Library sites across the country. In addition, Pinnacle developed the VISTA Server Configuration SOP and VISTA Server Security Hardening SOP used to configure all of NARA’s VISTA servers. The VISTA client/server application runs on Windows XP desktops with a Windows 2003 server platform running SQL Server 2000 as the database backend.
