Rowe President and CEO Pivotal Guidance, Incorporated and Pinpoint Labs president, Jon Rowe, is a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), veteran software designer and has been involved in litigation support for more than 15 years. Jon has been responsible for overseeing the development, marketing and sales of litigation support applications since 1995. Jon managed two electronic discovery and imaging service bureaus for Pro Copy, a well respected litigation support company with locations in Omaha, NE and Des Moines, IA. Previously, the co-founder and Executive Vice President for Image Capture Engineering (ICE) Jon played an instrumental role its growth and success for more than a decade. ICE was acquired by LexisNexis in June, 2007. James D. Beasley CTO and Vice President of Software Development Pinpoint Labs Chief Technology Officer and Senior Developer, Jamie Beasley, is a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), credentialed by the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, and veteran programmer. Prior to becoming an accomplished computer examiner and litigation support professional Jamie was the lead software engineer for a large-scale, community-based electronic healthcare delivery system which won the 'Breakthrough Technology of the Year' award from 'Colorado Celebrate Technology'. Jamie engineered and developed several medical applications that allowed communications between dissimilar platforms, applications and technologies that rivaled competing applications. Jamie has designed and developed several utilities that are used by thousands of computer examiners, litigation support professionals and corporate IT departments.
