Chef Nick calls upon years of training in some of the great restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Le Vivior and Casa Madrona in Sausalito, St. Francis Hotel with Victor DeLong in San Francisco, The Tides in Bodega Bay, and the Mt. View Hotel in Calistoga. His foundation in classical European cuisine has garnished rave reviews in Bon Appetit, Gourmet, and Better Homes & Gardens.
