We continue to create and offer programs of risk reduction for our clients in areas of business and real estate. In the area of real estate, we have been General Counsel to the Hawaii Association of REALTORS ®, the Honolulu Board of REALTORS ®, and the Kauai Board of REALTORS ® for over thirty years. We operate a Legal Assistance Hotline for real estate licensees to provide information for the purpose of minimizing risk in real estate transactions. We are real estate educators with substantial experience in Hawaii and on the mainland. We offer risk reduction programs, and we also provide the most efficient, responsive and cost effective conveyancing document preparation service available. As in any personalized practice, there is no "typical" client of our firm. Our clients range from individuals and modest family-size businesses to national and international corporations. As a small business ourselves, we are particularly sensitive to the trials and tribulations of the small business entrepreneur. We take pride in offering specialized services to fit our clients' individual situations. Unique to our firm is both the " The Broker Safeguard Program " and "Holomua", our independent General Counsel programs, innovative services specifically designed and organized for real estate brokerage companies. * * * * Although our office is in Honolulu, we are a "Hawaii firm" and represent clients on all islands and outside the State of Hawaii. Our growing virtual offices and "cloud computing" have expanded our scope and accessibility.
