Description
The "Take and Bake Pizza" concept started in the Pacific Northwest and is very new east of the Mississippi. Jonathan Kelley, owner of J's Pizza Market, says the process forces us to make a better quality product because we cannnot hide things under cheese. The real benefit to the customer is that you can pick it up at 4 p.m., put it in your refrigerator and cook it at 7 p.m. It comes out of your oven, fresh, hot and ready to eat. Thus the slogan, "We make it fresh. You make it hot."
