Denver, Colorado – January 23, 2014 – Spinnaker, the international provider of supply chain consulting, returns logistics, and value-added warehousing and distribution services, today announced that it has finalized its acquisition of Plan4Demand, a privately owned company that provides supply chain consulting, process enhancements, technology implementation and optimization services. The Plan4Demand office in Pittsburgh, PA, will become Spinnaker’s new Midwest sales and marketing office.
Rob Benson is Co-Founder of Spinnaker Management Group (“SMG”), a holding company with four lines of business that has evolved and grown to approximately 300 employees across three continents. For over 18 years, Rob has worked with clients on Supply Chain Management challenges in the Semiconductor and High-tech industries. As the Managing Principal for Spinnaker's Supply Chain practice areas, Rob guides the strategic direction for the company's Supply Chain Consulting, JDA and SAP Practices, and Value-Added Warehousing & Distribution offerings.
Lisa M. Kustra is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Spinnaker. Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in the consulting services industry that spans across information technology, enterprise resource planning, and customer relationship management, with 15 years dedicated to supply chain management. At Spinnaker, Lisa drives new business development, brand strategy, and marketing execution. In addition, Lisa oversees account management with an eye on building long-term, sustainable relationships with customers.
As the leader of Spinnaker’s Management Consulting practice, John Sharkey has over 14 years of experience and is responsible for practice management, consulting project delivery excellence, and organizational development. In this role, John focuses on helping clients develop robust supply chain strategies and implement best-in-class processes and technologies to transform their supply chain performance.
Dan Lensgraf serves as Chief Financial Officer at Spinnaker. With 28 years of experience in finance including nearly 20 years as a CFO. Dan has worked in industries ranging from telecommunications to software to staffing. In his role at Spinnaker, Dan manages the company’s internal financial and accounting functions, as well as liaising with outside tax and audit firms. Additionally, Dan oversees back office functions including billing, collections, payroll and internal controls.
