There he helped elevate two regional healthcare brands, developing strategic consumer advertising and direct marketing. He later became Copy Director at Latham SRM, a relationship marketing agency in suburban Chicago, where he managed B2C copy development for clients including BB&T Financial, DTRIC Auto Insurance, and Harrah’s Entertainment.
