Mr. Lucas has 35 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, tax, and auditing of businesses in various industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Lucas was certified as a CPA from AICPA in 1975.
