Description

Students will learn a master recipe and be able to create a variety of different cookie flavors. In course 1, every student will have their own batch of cookies to measure out, mix and bake. Learn the basics of measuring out a perfect recipe and also some important basics of baking. In course 2, students will learn a basic sugar cookie recipe. Students will have hands on practice. We will be using a rolling pin and cookie cutters to create different shapes and sizes. Students will also learn how to decorate sugar cookies using sanding sugar and also baking cookies on sticks. There will be a packaging session in this course as sugar cookies are gifty items.
