It also helps you to easily solve common issues without needing to call customer service. Using MyAccount, you will be able to change your email account passwords, create new email accounts, and find out information about your broadband service. MyAccount recently passed two years of service. In order to continue to improve the effectiveness and high level of quality of MyAccount, we greatly appreciate the time and energy of our subscribers in providing feedback and suggestions as to how the MyAccount can be enhanced. This latest version of MyAccount is the direct result of feedback from customers like you. Let us know what you think using the Site Feedback link at the bottom of the screen, and your comments will shape the features and enhancements of the next version of MyAccount. We've redesigned MyAccount to serve you better. The Email Center and Web Space Center are updated. Our other support pages have a new look too. Navigate MyAccount using the menu on the left or the links at the top.
