ZERO DEFECTS OUT THE DOOR coupled with on time delivery are the cornerstones of our mission. We provide our customers with a choice, depending on the device and/or component requirement for clean molding and secondary operations. "White Room" molding that consistently measures to ISO Class VIII (100,000) standards, mobile press side clean room molding at the ISO level required by the customer and ISO Class VI (1,000) clean room for secondary operations, assembly and packaging.
Beyond production molding we also provide our customers with prototype molding, prototype tooling, production tooling, medical device assembly and packaging and other secondary operations that our customers require.
In addition to prototype, low-volume and production molding, we also offer product assembly, secondary operations, pad printing and packaging as needed for our customers. If your project requires shipping and distribution, we offer options to manage this for your company.
