Description

Responsibility: The Playboy Golf Scramble, produced by Playboy Golf/TAJ LLC (“Producer”) - and official licensee of Playboy (PEI), has selected highly qualified tour operators; golf courses, vendors (collectively “Suppliers”) to organize and administer the local Playboy Scramble tournament (“Event”). The designated Suppliers in turn, provide their own aspect of the program providing goods and or services such as transportation, hotel accommodations, golf activities, etc in connection with this Event. The Suppliers are solely responsible and liable for providing their respective services. Passenger tickets in use by the participants of this Event shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the passenger; the carriers are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not aboard their conveyances.Liability: Producer and its designated shall not be held liable for (A) any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any Supplier, and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent, thereof, or by acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond Producers control. The participant waives any claim against the Producer and/or its designated Supplier for any such loss, damage, injury, or death. Producer shall not be liable for any air carrier’s cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a nonrefundable ticket to or from the participant’s departure city. Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.
