Ms. Bartleson is the Director of Operations for the firm and has been with the firm since 2001. She previously worked as a paralegal in Tallahassee and Fort Lauderdale and graduated from the Florida State University School of Criminology and Criminal Justice in 1994. Ms. Bartleson’s primary responsibilities include all human resources/benefits/ personnel management; accounts receivables/payables; client billing; paralegal to senior partner handling complex corporate matters, litigation, real estate projects and mediations; management/administration of the overall day-to-day operations of the law firm and title company; and management of the office building. Kellyanne is a member of the Emerald Coast Emerging Leaders; American Alliance of Paralegals, Inc; and was selected to and participated in the 2007/2008 Destin Forward leadership program. She volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House, the School Advisory Council (Destin Middle School) 2008-2011 and the Seaside Neighborhood School 5k Race. Kellyanne has been married for over 11 years and has two daughters, ages 4 and 10 and has lived in the Panhandle area since 2000. Ms. Sutton is a closing agent and part of our affiliate title company, Dune Title Company, LLC. She is a licensed title insurance agent. From 1973 to 1983, Ms. Sutton worked as an Accounting Clerk, Escrow Bookkeeper and Title Officer. After working as a Closing Agent at various title companies from 1983 to 2009, Ms. Sutton joined the firm and title company in 2001. Ms. Sutton has lived in the Destin area since 1976.
