Bill Breedlove joined PLS Claims in 2011 with over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. He has been involved in all areas of insurance and reinsurance operations for a regional insurance company, and has experience as an independent adjuster with both property and casualty claims expertise. He also has catastrophe planning and litigation experience. Bill is a North Carolina native, holds a NC General Contractor's license, is a past President of the Alamance Claims Association and is a member of the Council on Litigation Management. He has earned the industry designations of CPCU and CPCLA.

We provide expertise in all areas of claims handling and respect your mandate for superior customer service. Our experienced staff is available for assigment on both a regional and national basis. In addition to the services listed below we are able to provide client specific services and are ready to discuss those with you should you have any specific needs or requirements.

PLS Claims was founded by Mike Gates in 1997. We are an independent adjusting company with headquarters in the metro-Atlanta area and have additional offices in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Our company represents numerous clients including insurance companies, Syndicates at Lloyds, self- insureds and third party administrators. PLS employees have a combined total of over 200 years of field adjusting and claims management experience with insurance carriers, London brokers and others. This experience allows our professional staff to provide you, our client, with a broad range of expertise while handling your assignments.

(March 2012) PLS Claims welcomes Kareem Mincey to our organization. Kareem will serve as our resident adjuster for the Savannah, Georgia region. Kareem is a native of Savannah and has over 7 years of experience in property insurance claims handling.

Elizabeth began her carrier in Insurance Claims in 1981, where she developed her casualty expertise through inside claims investigation, outside field claims investigation and supervision. She joined PLS Claims in 2000 as a Casualty Field Investigator and Adjuster. She has experience in all lines of Casualty exposures, including but not limited to Premises liability, Products liability, Workers Compensation compensability and construction issues. She specializes in complex liability and coverage issues.
