Kevin Restine joined PLUS Property Management, LLC. in 2007 as General Manager. Prior to obtaining his Property Manager's license, Kevin worked as a contractor for many years. His background includes a broad knowledge of construction as well as extensive training and experience in communication and customer service. As a former business owner himself, Kevin's approach to property management is very "hands on". His method of communication is direct; and he has the unique ability to interact well with both owners and tenants alike.
