THE COMPANY In 1995, Alan Sakowitz and Maurice Egozi founded Pointe Management Company, a real estate management firm, which they have owned and operated from its inception. In 2007, Alex Nigri joined the leadership team as a shareholder and Vice President. Together, Pointe has spun off development, leasing, and other brokerage activities into separate companies including Pointe Development Company, and Commercial Pointe Realty, Inc. With the assistance of the various Pointe Companies and its joint venture partners, Pointe Development Company has developed and co-developed retail centers and residential communities in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Pointe Development Company provides equity to experienced developers and facilitates the development, leasing, and sale of extraordinary projects. Recently Pointe has created its financial arm, Tri-Pointe Financial, LLC that which is focused in buying distressed real estate, REOâ??s, non-performing loans and performing loans.
