Aero Electronics was started in 1970, first manufacturing the Pointer II, Model 2000 and Model 3000 Emergency Locator Transmitters. Charles Koster was one of the original engineers with this company. The company was reorganized in the mid 1970's and Pointer, Incorporated was formed. Later in 1977, Mr. Koster became owner/chairman. He and his wife, Estella, have managed the company focusing on customer satisfaction and high quality products. This family business will continue to use these basic ideas to produce high quality, reliable and well-engineered products for customer satisfaction. Chuck has always kept his business small so he could oversee all parts of the business personally keeping quality high. The continued success of building quality products is formed by dedicated workers. Pointer's work force may be small but many of our workers have been with us for 10 years or more. This dedication ensures that each product is built under experienced personal.
