PSSI Technicians and Engineers receive Maxon® training on their new Smartfire™ Intelligent Combustion Control System. The new control system is pre-programmed to automatically operate both the gas and combustion air settings and to provide maximum fuel efficiency and minimize emissions over the burner operating range for new applications or by integrating with existing burner systems. Pollution System Solutions custom designed and commissioned a new 40,000 SCFM high efficiency Thermal Recuperative Oxidizer to support increased production requirements at a Midwest manufacturing facility. Although, energy efficiency was a major concern, a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer was not appropriate for this application due to potential for particulate blockage of the media. The Oxidizer included a secondary Heat Exchanger to recover energy for use in another production process.

Our repair and maintenance services are available 24/7 and can be scheduled to minimize operational downtime. Pollution Systems also offers rentals of our thermal oxidizers for emergency use, planned equipment outages or new treatment requirements.
