The Maintenance Manager position is the leader of the Maintenance and Facilities Department who reports directly to the Operations Manager. To be effective you must maintain cooperative and productive relationships with the work team and establish excellent maintenance practices to ensure optimal efficiency. The Maintenance Manager is foremost a leader and responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic and electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded parts.
